As our region prepares to welcome international visitors during World Cup activity, this 60-minute Cultural Readiness Workshop will equip local hospitality and frontline teams with practical tools to confidently serve a global audience.
Led by Tulu Kaifee of IPCOMM, the session focuses on protecting revenue, enhancing guest experience, and strengthening the reputation of Henry and Clayton Counties within the greater Atlanta region.
