Terms of Submission

1. Events must be located within Clayton County, Georgia.
2. Events must be open to the public and held at a publicly accessible location.
3. Events must have no religious or political affiliation and must not be held at a location owned or managed by a religious or political organization.
4. Events must appeal to visitors traveling from outside a 50+mile radius.
5. Eligible events should offer an experience visitors can attend, such as festivals, concerts, performances, exhibitions, sporting events, cultural celebrations, or special tours.
6. Private or invitation-only events, routine business promotions, sales solicitations, job fairs, and meetings intended primarily for residents or organization members are not eligible.
7. Events must include an in-person experience within Clayton County, Georgia. Virtual-only events are not eligible.
8. Submit events at least 14 calendar days before the event date to allow time for review. Late submissions may not be published.
9. Include the event title, description, date, start and end times, venue name, full address, admission cost or free status, and an official event or registration link. Include age restrictions and registration deadlines when applicable.
10. Provide the organizer’s name and business email or phone number for verification and event inquiries.
11. All essential event information must appear in the written description, even when a flyer is uploaded. Images must be clear and suitable for public display.
12. Submitters must be the organizer or an authorized representative and have permission to share submitted text and images for event promotion.
13. Organizers must promptly report cancellations, postponements, or changes to event details to [Social@SeeClaytonCountyGA.com](mailto\:Social@SeeClaytonCountyGA.com).
14. Submission does not guarantee publication, social media coverage, newsletter inclusion, or placement as a featured event. See Clayton County, GA may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, length, and formatting.
15. Calendar inclusion does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Event operations, ticketing, vendor inquiries, and attendee questions remain the organizer’s responsibility.
